Uploading new files to the flight instrument:

  Build and load the FTS_V04.l updated with the 2032 FTS id.

  Load the following scripts:
  H_9020  Initiate the mod-L sequence (FTS=1022) and the
          twice daily calibrations (FTS=2032).
 
  H_2721  Observation mode PZT flat
  H_2722  Calibration mode PZT flat
  H_2723  Detune framelist
  H_2724  Reduced focus sweep
  H_2725  Full focus sweep

  H_2731  Obs and cal mode PZT flats, reduced focus sweep
  H_2732  Obs and cal mode PZT flats, reduced focus sweep, detune
  H_2733  Obs and cal mode PZT flats, full focus sweep
  H_2734  Obs and cal mode PZT flats, full focus sweep, detune

  H_6020  PZT offsets for obs mode PZT flat
  H_6022  PZT offsets for cal mode PZT flat

Test procedure

Initiate script H_9020.scr to start the mod-L sequence at 17:50 UT.
         Verify that FTS=1022 is running and cadence = 90
         Verify the FTS entries are correct:
           FTS_ID=1022 PRIORITY=7
           FTS_ID=2032 PRIORITY=5

At 18:00 UT, verify that the daily calibrations (FTS=2032) runs properly

After the daily calibration FTS runs, proceed with the following tests

Initiate the following scripts:
  H_2724  Reduced focus sweep
          Verify that FTS 3040 runs

  H_2725  Full focus sweep
          Verify that FTS 3043 runs

  H_2721  Observation mode PZT flat
          Verify that FTS 3041 runs and script H_6020 is started

  H_2722  Calibration mode PZT flat
          Verify that FTS 3042 runs and script H_6022 is started

          The following should be run at about the velocity zero crossing
          The standard detune is scheduled for 04-Nov-2015 @ 18:46 UT
  H_2723  Detune framelist
          Verify that FTS 3027 runs and that cadence changes to 135
          Verify that the cadence returns to 90 at the completion of
          this script

  H_2731  Obs and cal mode PZT flats, reduced focus sweep
          Verify that FTS 3041 runs and script H_6020 is started
          Verify that FTS 3042 runs and script H_6022 is started
          Verify that FTS 3040 runs

  H_2733  Obs and cal mode PZT flats, full focus sweep
          Verify that FTS 3041 runs and script H_6020 is started
          Verify that FTS 3042 runs and script H_6022 is started
          Verify that FTS 3043 runs

Initiate script H_9060.scr to return to the normal observing program
         Verify that FTS=1021 is running and cadence = 135
         Verify the FTS entries are correct:
           FTS_ID=1021 PRIORITY=7
           FTS_ID=2021 PRIORITY=5
