FTS 1022 is active again, starting test of calibration scripts.

The following calibration scripts tests were run:
17:50 UT - H_9020 (mod L sequence) activated FTS 1022 (priority 7) 
                   and set in FTS 2042 (priority 5)
18:00 UT - FTS 2042 (daily calibration) active
18:04 UT - H_2724 (reduced focus sweep) activated FTS 3040
18:07 UT - H_2725 (full focus sweep) activated FTS 3043
18:11 UT - H_2721 (obs mode PZT flat) activated FTS 3041 and ran script H_6020
18:16 UT - H_2722 (cal mode flat) activated FTS 3042 and ran script H_6022
18:20 UT - H_2723 (detune) activated FTS 3027 at a cadence of 135 seconds. 
           H_2723 returned to 90 sec cadence following execution.

                   11/9/2015 18:21:00 UTC -281.78500 m/sec)

Script H_2731 activated the following FTS:
18:27 UT - FTS 3041/script H_6020 (obs mode flat)
18:29 UT - FTS 3042/script H_6022 (cal mode flat)
18:31 UT - FTS 3040 (reduced focus sweep)

Script H_2733 activated the following FTS:
18:35 UT - FTS 3041/script H_6020 (obs mode flat)
18:37 UT - FTS 3042/script H_6022 (cal mode flat)
18:38 UT - FTS 3043 (full focus sweep)

18:43 UT - H_9060 (mod C sequence) activated FTS 1021 (priority 7)
                   and set in FTS 2021 (priority 5).

There was at least one cadence of FTS 1022 at 90 second cadence between
each of the primary scripts run. Times listed are the activation times
of the associated FTS, not run time of scripts.
