1. Refresh of SDO goals
   • a. Level 1 requirements, goals of science teams
   • b. Data completeness, assign people to discuss
   • c. Please send in papers, both refereed and presentations. The SDO website is monitored for such indications of the scientific activity of the mission.
2. Request to rename SDO to Hale SDO has been submitted to NASA
3. SDO Wiki to assist in writing team efforts
   • a. Instrument Book
   • b. First results articles
   • c. First six months, Mission Archive Plan
   • d. User guide for data access
4. Announcements of results
5. Future meetings, have SWG at launch site? Two meeting times each year, one whole team and the other smaller, more focused meetings the other
6. Discussion of how to coordinate funding
