== HMI Pipeline Module - TimeAverage_IQUV ==

For a given time and duration this pipeline module locates the corrected level 1 HMI filtergrams needed to compute I, Q, U, and V.    
The filtergrams are interpolated to the proper time, remapped to the correct disk coordinates, and averaged to determine I,Q,U,& V.
The output is a DRMS dataset containing the appropriately time-averaged quantities corrected for solar rotation and other known instrumental effects.

 . The output is a DRMS dataset containing the appropriately time-averaged quantities I, Q, U,and V, corrected for solar rotation and other known instrumental effects. 


===== Cadence =====
 . Nominally 12 minute averages of I,Q,U, and V will be produced.
 . Effectively 8 90-second input records will be averaged, but actually more will contribute with appropriate weighting to reduce aliasing.
