Changes since previous release (V 0.9):

• The SUMS service now requires a separate database, rather than tables in the DRMS database. This only affects the one-time site setup (see the instructions.) If you have an existing database with data segments in SUMS, that you want to keep, the SUMS tables will have to be migrated.
• Binary compression of FITS data in SUMS via CFITSIO is now supported. This feature is not as yet documented; however, it can be used by incorporating, in the JSOC Series Definition (JSD) file the line:

  Version:                2.0
  

  in the General Series Information, and the field "compress", (including the quotation marks and comma) before the comment field in the relevant Data segment descriptors.

NetDRMS 1.0 is a subset of JSOC Version 4.5, q.v. for Full release notes.
