NetDRMS Release Notes

Version 2.1

New Features since previous release (V 2.0):

• Provided mechanisms for NetDRMS sites to incorporate specific JSOC project directories (e.g. for selected pipelines) selectively within their own systems
• Provided new API function drms_link_set()
• Added script for archiving slony replication logs
• Implemented client side of the unsubscribe feature in subscribe_series to delete the series being removed from subscription; added logging information to the subscribe_series (slony) code.
• Added checks to the slony code for successful file transfer, copy, etc.
• Added a flag to jsoc_fetch, requestid=NOASYNCREQUEST, to prevent the caller from starting an asynchronous export request if data are not online
• Maximum number of FITS files used by libdrms that can remain open increased to 256.

NetDRMS 2.1 is a subset of JSOC Version 5.7, q.v. for Full release notes (including bug fixes).
