The figure below shows a cut-out from the full disk active region mask approximately in the same location as the HARP bitmap shown at BitMap_HARP. The full disk map at hmi.Marmask_720s for this time is linked to the Mharp data series and can be exported via lookdata. Values in Marmask are 0 (off-limb), 1 (quiet Sun) or 2 (active pixels). The pixels in Marmask are not grouped into HARPs.
