HMI Pipeline Module - ''MergeBvec'' - Merge Vector Magnetogram Components

Full disk vector magnetograms may be assembled from several pieces computed in different ways. This module assembles data computed from full disk, quick look, and active region patches into a homogeneous magnetogram.
