- Request to rename SDO to Hale SDO has been submitted to NASA
- SDO Wiki to assist in writing team efforts
- a. Instrument Book
- b. First results articles
- c. First six months, Mission Archive Plan
- d. User guide for data access
- Announcements of results
- Future meetings, have SWG at launch site? Two meeting times each year, one whole team and the other smaller, more focused meetings the other
- Discussion of how to coordinate funding
